ABOUT AVENGER CRUISE 220-:
The Avenger Cruise 220 strictly focused on its cruising abilities. The silencer is redesigned and looks to the one on the Street 150 and 220. However, the Cruise 220 is majorly finished in chrome. The bike get loads of chrome treatment, sporting classic look multi-spoke wheels, . The handle of Avenger Cruise 220 makes something different in this bike. As company add "Handlebars" which gives a relaxation at highway cruising.
Its engine is shared with the Street 220 with liquid cooling and chrome radiator. The radiator adds a classy performance as the Harley Davidson Motor Bikes given to us. It makes our performance better on highway and for long routes.
Company also gives an optional look of Widescreen as windshield which also give a touch of royalty to the bike. Also, the drive chain is claimed to be up to 20% more durable than before.
Console is a combination of analogue and digital, where the speedometer is analogue and the trip and odometer is digital. Saddle height is increased by 15 mm with extra cushioning for better comfort on long rides. Tyres measures 90/90 R17 at the front and 130/90 R15 at the rear. The tank holds 14 litres of fuel out of which 3.4 litres is in reserve and the bike gets a maintenance free battery with a capacity of 9 Ah.
Totally, The bike measures 2177 mm in length, 806 mm in width, 1142 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 1490 mm. Ground clearance measures 169 mm and the Cruise 220 tips the scale at 155 kilo-grams.
ABOUT ENGINE-:
The engine of Avenger Cruise 220 gets Capacitor Discharged Ignition( C.D.I) for improved N.V.H levels and better throttle response. The Cruise 220’s liquid cooled, 220 cc DTS-i engine produces a maximum power of 19.03 PS at 8400 RPM and a maximum torque of 17.5 Nm at 7000 RPM.
The Bike gets a telescopic front suspension and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Front Forks covers are missing here to showoff some more at the chrome bling.
Braking is taken care thanks to a 260 mm disc at the front and a 130 mm drum at the rear.
