Bajaj has the habit of discontinuing products with 2-3 years of manf and then they dont support by supplying parts. I have bought BYK in the month of Mar’2003 , I was using it till Jan 2009. Had difficulty in repairing the vehicle time and again from yr 2006. Not getting parts and the bajaj authorised service centre polietly declined to take this vehicle for service.
It so happen that I was not able to either use the vehicle due to parts not available or not able to sell due to cost factor. it was lying idle till last month and service centre person was suggesting me to sell the product with out repair due to non availabilty of parts at ease. I sold the product for rs 2000 on 16-5-2011. Not only this product I had the same fate for bajaj spirit also. I have decided I will not be going to bajaj once again for any of its product due to poor service support .
