Well, I guess everybody read the Part 2 of the caliber Saga... review I had in earlier on this bike. Now, its time for another review after 8 months of using this bike.
I used to own a second hand KB100 earlier and now owning a new bike is a great experience. No startup problems and also 0% maintenance cost. It does save a lot of money when you go in to get a new bike.
8 months have passed so quickly and this Caliber 115 still never stops performing. Everyday I take the bike out for a small ride and everytime it feels smoother and smoother. Apart from the occasional clunking sound from the chain wheel, the bike is very silent. The beatings of the bike make the ride more smoother all the time. I have now spent 4000 Kmts on this bike. I know its less for 8 months of usage. But when a cab comes to pick you up at home for work and drops you home, I take the bike out during the weekends most of the time. Cleaning the bike regularly still gives it that original shine. The pickup is good. Driving harsh is not my kind of style, so this bike still performs the way its supposed to. As long as it starts in one kick and gives good mileage. I am happy with the bike. The next service is due at around 4.5K Kmts. After the service I will check the bike out for more performance, maybe even go on a really long drive. Im gonna check this out now, since the engine bearings and the machine have settled in running at low and high speeds.
My next review will be after the service, so please keep tuned in.
