I reside in Nasik and have a consumer loan from BAJAJ CAPITAL for fridge and LCD television(Loan account number- 4070TD00039245)..However, I got very shocking experience from their collection team. My EMI for the month of April, 2013 was not cleared due to non sufficient balance, because of multiple ECS on the account.
Now this guy from BAJAJ CAPITAL, Mr. RAM CHUMBHLE called me to collect dues of Rs. 1459/- , I asked him to see me on Monday ie. 22 April at 4 PM.. He called me at 3.48 as to intimate his departure...I waited for this guy till 5.30 at home, but he didn’t appear.
Now , this morning he called and started yelling at me and used threatening language of picking up fridge and television from home(for your notice...my total EMIs are ending next month). I was shocked to hear such words.
Being a customer, I was ready to pay EMI with penalty...being a customer, no body would bear such filthy language..on which he said, "saab, ye hamare roz ke kaam hai. Jaha complain karni hai, karo..kuch nahi hoga".
Now I wonder, if these BABAJ CAPITAL people are employing goons? I hope management people are alert enough to keep eye on such incidents...cause this is serious thing and I am going to see it at the branch manager.
