As we know Bajaj Capital is very famous and trusted company as it has name of Bajaj(An industry name known for their uprightness).Because of that I trusted them and later I got myself proved wrong due to many different facts.
The guy from the company visited me at my place they told me that they will be usually advising about investing in mutual fund from time to time, and about equity also.
but since last 2 years the guy has not shown up neither sent any reply or message for queries put by me.They don’t even reply to my questions.
And the advice given by them at initial that were also very bad, later I found that as I change scripts it benefits the fund manager or broker but it was not for me.
the past couple of years with there has been High arrogance that has creped into their Staff and Management too and their attitude became very poor, and it looks like they are not willing to help you.
They are interested to service Products and schemes where their Brokerages are high otherwise they don’t even process your investment requests for weeks and we have to keep following up.
As compared to others they are now like brokerage agent only and they don’t want to help you in investing.
I won’t advice anybody to choose this fund manager and suffer later.
