I purchased this vehicle last year in May. Since May, 2005 till date, the vehicle had returned a mileage of 55-58 km/l consistently. With drop-dead baeutiful looks, and its magic-silver color and 125 cc 4-stroke engine , its a steal at 35K. The tyres were wider compared to the traditional nana-chetak. The sound was a smooth rung-rung which used to be almost silent on good roads. By the verge of completing 10 moths, the engine had a chain issue, which was fixed free of cost at the Pune bajaj center. The gears are really offortless and the first gear goes down and not Up, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th are one step sahift by bending 25 degrees and its back at the same normal level. So even on the 4th gear your clutch lever is still as if its on neutral. But the BAD PART is the spare=part. If I break it suddenly, local roadside mechanisc WONDRES about the gear and you frustrated !
Overall a very good product from Bajaj before they closed Chetak 3 months back, which mossed the bike-blink peoples eyes
