Good milage

One of the best selling motorcycles of India, Bajaj CT 100 was discontinued in the year 2006 due to some issues. However, the company relaunched it in 2015 to cater the common masses of the country once again. The bike offers better fuel efficiency with pleasant looks. Propelling the bike is a 99.27cc, four-stroke, air-cooled engine that is linked to a four-speed gearbox. The mill generates a peak power of 8.1bhp at 7, 500rpm with a maximum torque of 8.05Nm at 4, 500rpm. Bajaj CT 100 comes to life through a Digital CDI ignition system and it manages to reach a top speed of 90kmph. The manufacturer claims a fuel efficiency of 89.5kmph which is one of the best figures in the country presently.

The bike is bolted on a tubular single down tube with lower cradle frame and runs on 2.75x17” 41P tyre at the front and 3.00x17” 50P tyre at the rear. Its braking system includes 110mm drum brake at both ends. Bajaj has equipped the new CT 100 with hydraulic telescopic shock absorber at the front and trailing arm with a unique coaxial Spring in Spring ( SNS) suspension at the rear, which was seen in its earlier version as well.
