I am using this bike for more than an year. Milage is the
main problem. It claims 101 kmpl, but I never get more
than 70 kmpl. Otherwise lookwise, riding comfort, handling
etc are quite good. Another design issue of CT100 is
it’s battery. Even battery dealer tells that battery become
unusable after 1-1.5 years. You have to check batter
after each 2-3 months to keep it alive. May be it’s dependent
upon dealer - but I am not satisfied with the service
centre performance of Bajaj. They don’t pay attention for
customers complains. They just clean the bike and change
engin oil - nothing else. You have to check whether the
problem has been corrected or not. And in all services I
have seen that it’s not corrected. Then by requesting the
labour you have to get it corrected - though you are paying
fot it. Even dealers do not pay attention of customers written
complain - may be due to large number of customers.
