I haven’t purchased this iron, I got it as a gift from one of my relatives. I was totally disappointed after using this iron and I can’t understand why the iron is too heavy. Too much amount of iron is used at the base of the iron and it’s heaviness makes it non-handy.
It use too much power and using it for half an hour can cost much more than 100 bulbs.
Once I was using this iron and someone called me while ironing then I put it on it’s stand but due to heaviness it was fallen on my bedsheet and my whole bedsheet got burned.
It wire was not durable and it makes the whole iron non-durable. Brand costs much money in making this iron heavy instead of that if they have used some budget on making it durable by costing on wires, indicators and temperature controller then it can be categorised under good. I haven’t such an terrible idea from such a famous brand Bajaj. Once it’s LED indicator was not working and when I called their customer care then they denied to send technician and replied me in very unmannered language that we don’t provide service for such problems and not even month was that I got this problem. Then I get it done by myself. I would use it because I have to pay much electricity than the cost of the iron. So, I changed my iron and recommend not to go through with this iron.
