Bajaj Discover 100

This bike is with me for the last 1.5 years. Its a black with red graphics Discover 135cc.

Pros

1. Mileage is around 45-50 Km/ltr

   
   




2. High speed I could reach is slightly above 100(may be around 105km/hr) on highway - is quite stable at that speed.

   
   




3. Headlights are very powerful but I am facing constant problem with the tail lights.

   
   




4. Graphics are good, and it always shines as new bike after every service.

   
   




5. Front disc brakes are powerful but do not use it heavily while taking sharp turns.

   
   

Cons

1. Balancing on sandy/wet road is really difficult. Although the rear tyre is wide enough to help you balance while turning the bike, but I think the grip of the tyres is too weak on roads. I have confirmed this from other forums too, and mostly people are advicing to change the tyres to MRF zapper.

   
   




2. Petrol tank capacity of 8 litrs is hardly enough, as I have to travel approx. 50 Km daily. A tank full will last for  around 5 days.

Splendor, glamour, passion, xcd-135, platina(in terms of overall looks and performance)

Other Options

Honda stunner, Bajaj Pulsar(sub-150cc) - soon to be launched, TVS Flame(not too sure on this one).
