ENGINE OIL
Many people say many ways to keep the engine healthy, but from the experiences I had from my past vehicles are that its all about Good Engine oil and use of it.
always keep in mind that DISCOVER 150 Dtsi requires 20W50 engine oil, so u can use something like 15W50 but, never use 20W40
use Bajaj Dtsi 10000 engine oil (20W50)from the 1st servicing till 3000Kms (do change it after evry 1000kms)
then close your Eyes an Ears and switch over to MOTUL 3000V 15W50 (for Royal Enfield and Bajaj DTSI Engines).......believe me it will be good
NEVER repeat NEVER use Castrol GTX 20W50 or Castrol Active 20W40..never and dont trust the mechanics, cause to them every engine oil is Black Gold.
Happy Riding
