Inspired from the reviews from mouthshut about Discover, I have got my new Discover a 50 days back. I have observed the bike closely in these days.
I found a few pros and cons about the bike as
Pros:
A very class bike in it’s range
I got a very good mileage of 65-67.5 consistently from last 50 days.
With a fine power of 11.5 Ps (125 cc), it gives a very good pickup.
a very good performance at low speeds
Cons:
During first few days I was not comfortable with the seat since I was using splendor before discover. But after few days I got comfortable.
There is problem in gear shifting. some times gears get locked. And you can hear thud sounds while shifting the gears.
The bike is somewhat heavy 125 kg.
Engine is not smooth. it makes noise while driving.
But, In my view, the bike’s overall performance is really good and I will definitely suggest this bike for someone who wants power and mileage. If you have got bored from Splendor and dont want to spend too much on the fuel by purchasing 150 cc bikes, Discover is really a good option.
