My Name is Ashish Sharma and I work in a Retail Co. at Bangalore. I purchased a Bajaj Discover 125CC 3 months back and I thought of writing this review as my duty towards this site. Before buying this Bike I read about different Bikes at Mouthshut and then made my decision of buying Discover.
I wanted to buy a Pulsar actually as I used to ride it earlier when I was in Ludhiana. The 150 c bike gave me the power and mileage I wanted and so the obvious decision of buying a Pulsar.
However, I gave up the idea mainly because of price hike in Pulsar an thus chose to buy a Discover thinking it will give me a good mileage plus Close- to- Pulsar pick up.
The mileage for 1st two months was close to 40 only which has just now started some signs of improvement. The ride is smooth and engine does not make any noise. Unlike Pulsar, no gear shifting problem !!!
The pain in the a** is however the poor pick up that this Bike has, that makes it a poor choice for fast Bikers. Understandably Pulsar is a 150 cc and Discover is 125 cc and so the difference!!! but thats too much for a speed n power lover!!
