Bajaj Discover 100m is a good low budget bike which is 100cc. I am using it for last 2.5years and still I am getting mileage of more than 60kmpl. It has good comfort and best for daily usage in long distance. It also come with disc brake while also you can get it with drum brake as well.
Look wise it is one of the best 100cc bike in Indian market. The highest speed you will get in it would be 100kmph as I have tested. It has four gear function and also it has good mono suspense. It is best for bad roads. So I would recommend it for a low budget and if you want look plus mileage.
