I have purchased the Bajaj Discover 100M from R V bajaj mysore road on 17th may 2014. When I was getting the vehicle it was raining heavily and I didnt notice any noise, but by evening when I was riding the bike with my daughter she noticed some metal hitting noise from the back side.
When I called the salesman he said there might be a loose chain, go to any nearest service center or if you are coming to this side we will do it. Next day I did pooja of my brand new vehicle and left for office, when I am left office again there was problem with the starter.
I was unable to start the vehicle through auto or kick start. I was fully sweating by kicking the vehicle at last it started. Again I called Sarvesh the R V Bajaj showroom Manager he told me to go to Kalyani Bajaj service center next day, since it was Sunday which is at Mechri circle. Today i.e 19th May 2014 after two days from the date of purchase. The technician opened the bike and was shocked on noticing that the chain was cut at four sides so it was making that sound.
IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING THAT WHEN YOU BUY NEW VEHICLE AND GO TO REPAIR IT THE NEXT DAY AND WAIT FOR AN HOUR TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
I NEED A CASH REFUND FOR THIS VEHICLE OR I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE .WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO MY FAMILY, IF SOMETHING HAPPENED TO ME? I HAVE LOST TRUST ON BAJAJ. NOW ON I WILL POST THIS INCIDENT IN EVERY POSSIBLE NETWORK AND TELL MY FRIENDS AND COLLEGE NOT TO CHOOSE BAJAJ ANY MORE.
