As soon as I installed the fan I noticed that it was not working properly.I called up the customer care & complained.After a
Few days delay your service person from Purasaiwalkkam Branch came & checked on the fan & said the motor is not working
Properly & promised to return with a new motor.Remember it is a brand new fan.He came only today but instead of changing
The motor he changed the condenser from the 1 point one to 2 point.Is this right ? From what little I know its not advisable to
Do the same as it will increase the speed but the motor will worn out soon.When I questioned him he was telling all sorts of storys like the company Bajaj is wrong in putting a 1 point condenser in this fan.When I insisted he took out a motor, which was worn out & not new, for sure, & installed it but never
Changed the 2 point condenser .Im yet not satisfied by the performance of the fresh air fan.
Im also totally unsatisfied with the way you treat a customer complaint & by your service of this brand new fan. I demand you to replace the fresh air fan ASAP.This is unwanted trouble & inconvenience for me for having bought a Bajaj product & never will I buy or recommend
Bajaj to anybody in the future.I expect action & replacement from you on a war footing.
