[Comp Number: 3192658]. I always had high reputation for Bajaj and I had bought two water heaters for my apartment in the hope that I would receive fantastic product and post sales service.
Unfortunately both the units failed on installation.
I was suggested to file a complaint to Bajaj service. I did so promptly on 12th Sept 2013.
From then on I havent had a service engineer visiting my flat to check the issue. Every other day Im calling the helpline with only empty promises of escalating the priority and having some one visit by end of day.
Im loosing all faith on Bajaj electricals, who cant send a service engineer to my place to check the issue for more than a week. Now I would like to know how I could return this product back!
