I have purchased a 48 inch samsung LED tv and 1.5 ton samsung AV on 17/5/2015 vide invoice no ASR/15/3174, from the AS RAO nagar store.
I was informed that the AV will be free and will be done by the SAMSUNG technicians. Even after 1 week it was not installed as they are so inefficient that they can not go thruough the window grill to fit the outdoor unit .
When I spoke to the person who was the sales person( GOPI) about the installation he was absolutly of no help. Then I spoke to the manager FIROZ, he told me to install on my own through private persons and whatever amount he will adjust in my future purchase.
I spent 1500/-, and informed him immediately. 1 week back I went the showroom to purchase a gyeser, the staffs told me FIROZ is not there. Again I went today i.e 2/7/2015, again FIROZ was not there, and stfffs are absolutely non-cooperative. When I spoke to Firoz on his mobile he was talking in a different version.He was telling he can adjust the amount only if I purchase a high value product. this is absolut non-sense. at first place why you have commited, now you are changing your version. Is there any responsible person in BAJAJ ELECTRONICS, to action against your staffs who cheat coustmers by false commitments?
