I happened to visit Bajaj electronics punjagutta branch yesterday to by an air conditioner. the sales executive quotes a price of 29600 for a Hitachi Window AC and also said that Bajaj is providing a free voltage stabilizer and installation for all ac’s purchased.
Considering the good will of this organization, I have purchased the product. the product for delivered in the evening. and to my surprise, the MRP on the package was showing up as 28900. I was shocked for a while and went to the showroom to get an explanation on the discrepancy on the pricing.
The store manager explains that 29600 is inclusive of the product + installation + stabilizer and not free of cost.
These people cheat the customers by telling everything is offered free, instead all these charges are borne by the customer only. the staff is not coached properly to selling the product. the owner doesn’t have minimum courtesy to apologize, rather says free means inclusive. that is the definition of FREE in BAJAJ ELECTRONICS,
Whenever anyone is visiting Bajaj, kindly ensure to ask for all hidden charges, especially when they are telling anything free with the product.
