I have purchased a Whirlpool refrigrator from Bajaj Electronics RTC X Roads Hyderabad, on 14th October, Friday and asked them to deliver on Sunday so that I will be at home. But no response, since morning whenever I call them they don’t even bother to tell the exact time when they will deliver, always say it will come by today end...i don’t what they mean by day end. I didn’t get my fridge but I get a call from the whirlpool tech guy who was ready to give the demo.
I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM BAJAJ ELECTRONICS becauses once u purchase you are the sufferer..as they are not bother because they get their money...not immediately but because of the service they are providing someday they will shut down all their showrooms, because of the inconvinience they cause to their customers.
