I am using bajaj emi card since last six month.Last month I have made one transaction Amazon for purchasing mobile phone these transaction sucessful and amount debited in my bajaj emi card but some reason I hve cancelled these order Amazon customer care transfer debit money in my bajaj card on same day and confirmation copy send on my email id also but bajaj customer care not credit these amount in my card I have called many many times of bajaj customer care but all no of bajaj customer care all time buzy buzy buzy.many email send .all proof doc. Atlest 10 to 15 times of bajaj official id . After 25 days I have visited nereast bajaj office in jaipur and all documents seen bajaj customer care excutive promised 5 days.
Total 25 + 5 days 30 days I received credit in bajaj card. Very poor and unsatisfied serivce .
