Never take a consumer loan from Bajaj Finserv
I took a loan in Oct 2019 and eventually realizing now that -
They have assigned me a digital EMI card by forging(I have proof) my signature. I am supposed to pay the annual card charges for my lifetime.
They faked documents to register an ECS mandate(they can auto debit from my account without my interaction) with a monthly limit of 50, 000 rupees for 20 years(yes, I am sane while typing this), whereas my EMI was 5, 000 rupees for 9 months. Not sure about their plan. As per their management, this hefty ECS is the norm!
It is their business model to catch as many customers as possible by giving lucrative offers, then fake ECS mandates and siphon money silently through their lifetime in the name of hidden charges.
