I am writing this mail with a big frustration and un-satisfaction from bajaj finance service. The story is as follows.
I got a call on the first week of Nov-2020 from some one whose name was Anuj Chauhan(Employee of Loan Adda), He said on first communication, he is from bajaj finance and he explained me benefits of bajaj flexi loan which were as below.
1 he will provide me 15L of the amount as a loan.
2 I dont need to pay any interest for the first 22 days of loan disbursement on any amount.
3 It will be charged at the rate of 13.5% percentage.
4 No penalty would be there for late payment.
5 No repayment charge.
After discussion of the above points he convinced me to take the loan and I provided all the documents online.
On around 11 Nov only 8L of my loan was approved and the amount directly came in my account. Moreover, it was approved at the interest rate of 14%.
When I asked to anuj why this, he said he will provide me loan of other amount within 2 working days and the interest rate would be 13% only so average rate would be 13.5%
I also paid around 20K for the processing fees, when I asked why this much processing fees, Anuj said this is because its 15L, on the remaining part of loan you need to give only 300rs. I trusted him.
After 2 days, when the remaining amount did not come to my account, I tried to reach him but he did not respond to me properly. He gave me lots of excuses that he is not in office. he has some medical emergency etc. etc.
Moreover when, 8L came to my account it was not going back to my bajaj virtual account due to some technical issues. I tried to contact anuj for this as well but no response came from his side. after around 10 days. I searched on google for this issue and I transferred the amount back to bajaj virtual account.
Due to this on Dec first week I was charged around 7700rs with 1200 penalty without any intimation. I again contacted anuj for this but the same result no reply from his side.
I paid 7700 including penalty, without using the money. I paid the money on the same day when I came to know its due. It was not delayed from my side.
After 1-month of follow ups with anuj, I got the number of his manager Rupali(Loan adda), I also communicated the same thing to her. She told me to wait and she will fix my issue. Even after following her for the last 1 month I have not got any result and now she has stopped responding to me as well.
Dear Bajaj team, do you think it is the right way to treat customers once the loan is delivered. I request you please fix my issue as soon as possible and refund my money.
