Choothya finance is a bajaj finance, very bad service, if u called to customer care there s no option to type the letters in the mobile, only u can enter the numbers of the loan so they dont want to get a call from the customer according to that they made a customer loan like that along with the number letters also included example my loan number is 404SPF31278048 how I can put numbers nd as well as letters .
Draw down option very pathetic after filled the form OTP option it wont com its like dead option really dont know y creating choothya option nd spoiling the people emotion bcoz of ashole option the rate of interest too high 16% . even though there s no option, and no option to speak to customer care, government has to BAAAAAN this ashole finance,
