Hii I bought a phone in Dec 16 from my emi card my emi deduction date is 2nd Jan 2017 due to some reason I deposited the advance emi on 30th Dec the amount is updated in the bajaj account on 9th Jan after then on 10th the executive come to my home for collection I told him that I deposited the amount on 30th Dec he told me that we havent received any amount from ur side I said come on Wednesday morning I will show u the advance receipt I neither receive any call or mail from bajaj side and on today morning 13th Jan 2017 I received a mail that ur bajaj finserv card is suspended due to the non payment of the emi
So today I visited the office but the bajaj employees are so mannerless and unmanagble in their job I share the whole scenario he told me that its not my(bajaj) fault I told him that If u received the amount on 9th Jan why u closed my emi card they told its our(marzi) they doesnt feel the Customer power I feel the bajaj finserv people doesnt know the meaning of Customer service
