They cheat you in many ways

Few years back I had taken a EMI from Bajaj Finserv to buy an apploance from Vijay Sales. I paid up my EMI and that transaction was done. But every year they are deducting Rs 117 from my account because " I have not used their services" - This is the 1st time I have heard about charges for NOT using something.

How to stop this? As per their website, log in and request EMI card to be blocked. I did that. I also called customer care and got it blocked.

In spite of that I was charged. My card was mysteriously "Unblocked"?

I called their helpline and blocked it again.

Then I wrote to their customer care C/O "wecare@bajajfinserv.in

They say - your card is unblocked.?

THIS IS CHEATING

IF A FINANCE COMPANY CAN DO THIS, THEY WILL CHEAT YOU ALL THE TIME

fURTHER

  1. There is no way to cancel your bank mandate. So that means they can take what they like from your Bank account.

  2. They will never close your account and keep charging you "non service " charges

  3. Their customer care executives will note down your request but not block your card or cancel your account EVER

  4. If you see their charges and their offers - they are charging you much more than market price and on top of that taking EMI charges from you. For example 32 inch TV in Amazon is 12999 but same model on Bajaj Store is 14, 500 PLUS EMI charges.

SO CLEARLY THEY ARE CHEATING YOU IN MANY MANY WAYS!
