My name is Edward and I have taken a Online personal loan from Bajaj Finserve.
the problem I faced with BF is no proper customer care.
I have taken a personal loan from BF through Online now for any information I cannot talk to any executive I have to put a mail and they will revert in 2 working days that to by mail only. that is very bad.
and if you go to the branch with your queries they will not entertain you because you have taken the PL through online.
My sincere request to everyone that don’t buy any product of Bajaj Finserv through online.
