I had applied for loan of laptop on 10 January 2013. But unfortunately my loan was not approved 14 February 2012. Whenever I used to call bajaj finance personnel at baroda I was told that it would be approved next day which never happened.
So I called Manager from whom I came to know that Credit officer who had the authorisation to approve loan has gone to Goa due to which whole chain of command collapsed.
If this was the case why I was not informed the very first day of business day on Monday 11 February 2013. My friend recommended me to go for bajaj finance due to transparency. But what I got at first instance was predicament. In this world of technology even if the group structure of Bajaj is that no one can replace Credit officer than he could have access to documents and other miscellaneous procedure for the approval of loan. I was very upset and shocked that this kind of unprofessional and lethargic behaviour of personnel could spoil whole reputation that what Bajaj has created.
I urge that not to rely on the commitment given by the personnel of Bajaj Finance.
I really had bad experience with the this people.
