Hello friends, I am sharing my experience with Bajaj Finserv.
when I applied for the loan I received a sms and saying that the your loan has been approved and you click on below link and login and check the details of loan.
so I logged in and I came to know I need to My EMI till jan 2018 this is as per data as shown in their website so I called customer care but did not received my call. I am very confusing.
I called again to customer care that time when to reach one customer care representative and picked up my call.i share problem with customer care representative he listened my problem but he cant resolved my query he told we will inform you and disconnect the call.that time I am very frustrated.
so that time I contact to my bajaj finance advisor and asked about to him.he said to me websites shows wrong details.not at all recommended for their uniform hidden charges on their charges and there is no proper communication to customer to they make changes. I mean No notification, No Mail and No calls.
it is not good way a they are wasting money of Customers these hidden charges which are not communicated to customer in proper.
I am not satisfied for this service.
please request dont go online loan option if you want avail any loan then go with proper procedure.
and another one is very important thing is Dont trust on Online Loan.
The rates of interest is very high when compared with others.additional charges is high.
Poor service which I got from Bajaj Finserv.
