Please dont take Home Loan or any other in Bajaj, Intially they will tell lot of things, like will provide RBL credit card, EMI card of free once you transfer your home to Bajaj, but they dont offer.
And, Processing Manager Kalyan C, & executive Vasavi from somajiguda, Hyderabad, they will manipulate all records as there convenient and process our application, So please dont sign the documents, until they fill the application, But they wont process your application if you wont sign the docs while EMPTY,
Before processing check your processing fee, if it is 0.4% or 0.5%, I opted for 0.5% for ROI diminishing, but they changed to 0.4% and telling your ROI caunt be reduce, as you processed for 0.4 NOT for 0.5%, when I call them, they not lifting my number and when I try to pay extra 0.1%, they denied it, saying you need approval.all fully planned and processed .pls dont go in the way.think twice before going to move to Bajaj, my suggestion, Bajaj is not a banking sector.better avoid.thanks & Regards.
