Few years back I bought a TV which was available on interest free installment through Bajaj Finance in Reliance.
Although I was not much interested in using such option but sales person insist that it’s a good option so I opted it. He said there is no obligation and once installments are over I can cancel the card and no fees will be charged.
Now, from last many years I am calling Bajaj Finserv and writing them emails frequently to cancel this card/option and stop charging me. But every year they charge it from my bank account.
During initial discussion they confirmed me that no charges will be made, mandate is cancelled but still they are charging and nobody replying including their official escalation are silent.
Even I asked my bank to stop their transaction but they too are just looking into this matter.
Bajaj services are pathetic.
