I had taken an refrigerator and this has been financed from bajaj I paid 5K advance down payment also after every month its been 2.5K for 10 month its usually ECS mode so it has been debited from account for 2 months after that I planned to close I try to make payment via online but they refused it and I tried to search office in bangalore there are only 2 office entire bangalore finally I searched Madiwala office I went there to close the account they refused to accept the card and finally I withdrawn cash and to pay they declined as per policy you need to 10 months we cant close the account if you still want to close the account they asked me to pay 1k extra this is really worst and ECS I scheduled every month they haven’t debited from account after few days they charged extra for that, its really poor service from Bajaj finance.
