I’ve applied for bajaj finserv loan this month and provided the documents for verifications. After collecting the documents, they said I have to pay one time processing fees to avail instant loan within 24 hours. After paying the additional fees, I waited for the loan approval message which is not sent to me in 24 hours. Again I contacted the person who collected the documents and additional fees and he did not pick up call. I again called them next day using a different number and he picked up the call. When I started to explain the things he hung up. Again, I called him and again no response from them. Then, I visited one of the bajaj finserv office and came to know there was not application under my name. One of the agent cheated my money and didn’t processed the application and bajaj fin serve was not helpful at all. Now, I lost my money and no one to help. I’ve filed a complaint against them and we are working on it. Please don’t avail loan from Bajaj. My suggestion, please go with direct bank for loan.
