I have not taken any personal loan from bajaj finserv but I have taken couple of consumer loans. I bought TV and DSLR from Reliance digital and bajaj provided me loan for that on 0% intrest basis although they charge Rs 600 as a processing fees. but I like the way they approve the consumer loan with minimal documents.
As far as my experience with bajaj finserv is concerned, it’s decent in terms of intrest rates, staff behaviour is good, and overall they satisfy you in terms of consumer loan.
