Dear Sir/ Madam,
I got a Bajaj Fin EMI Card thru a reliance outlet on receiving payment of Rs.250/-. I have purchased an AC, TV & a Glass Top Stove and EMIs also cleared properly by 2nd of every month. proper email / sms alert - reminders were also received.
But to my surprise customer care executives have called and offered me that they wanted to offer Over Draft Account and without my knowledge they placed auto transfer from my IDBI Bank Account and debited Rs.4999/-. I did not get any email communication or neither I gave OTP for this transaction through EMI Card.
I was made to worry this afternoon, thinking that my IDBI Account has been hacked by some one, as the description does not say that it is from Bajaj Finance.
Even I did not received any kind of Special Card for OD Facility. Even when I spoke with customer care they do not know about any transaction and they were asking me to approach to their office close to my location.
I request the concerned authority to strictly inform to customer care to act properly. Without any communication through email and without getting any consent from Customer, they should not deduct any amount.
See that the amount is transferred to me as early as possible.
