My name is Surya from Delhi(Ph:7701890795) and I have taken OD loan from Bajajfin from last 2 years. Recently I have availed a home loan by doing BT from SBI. This was one of the biggest mistake of my life that I have trusted people of this company as I was already dealing with them from past 2 years. Earlier also have faced little bit problem after taking OD but I compromised. BajajFin company and its employees are earning money by cheating their customer’s trust. Before taking any loan their sales team will make all unrealistic promises and offers and soon after loan has been sanctioned they show their real face and intention. Processing fees are deducted from the loan amount upfront and there is no way it will be returned to customer even when it was promised by their sales team. The sales team is now gone and inspite of calling and messaging them they hardly listen to your concerns. Before taking loan they have promised to return the processing fees and after loan has been sanctioned then all charges are deducted from customer. I wanted to close the loan account by depositing the amount as I am NOT getting any help from the support team either but they are just delaying the process without any valid justification so that the interest amount keeps on getting accrued and the EMI can be deducted. Its been more than 3 months that I am trying to continuously following with different people from sales team, collection team and support team but all in vain. They are just fooling me and asking me to wait for 2-3 days but they hardly come back with any concrete resolution. When I follow up with the support team after 2 days, when the issue is not resolved, then they again ask for 2-3 more days and this keeps going on. I am very very much frustrated with the kind of product and support they are giving and not able to figure out who should I reach out to to get proper help.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND NEVER EVER TRUST THEIR FALSE PROMISES. THEY MISGUIDE CUSTOMERS BY OFFERING LOWER RATE OF INTEREST ON LOAN AND LATER INCREASE IT.
