When I decided to buy a food processor, I surveyed almost all the available products for features and cost. Feature wise, the fx-10 had it all, except grating coconut. Price is reasonable and having used some other brands (kitchen appliances) without great results and without very good service infrastructure, I decided to go for Bajaj.
Its been a couple of months now, and the food processor is very good - no problems. The chutney jar is the one I use most and its very effective. Its small enough to be able to grind small quantities of spices. The maximum speed is quite high and within seconds it turns whole spices to powder.
The kneader makes a real soft dough, which I really like. The slicers also work very well. I earlier had a sumeet mixer and grinder - in comparison, the bajaj makes more noise, thats the only negative I have observed. Otherwise, its a very good and complete food processor.
Just updating in 2010 - its still going very well - no issues yet - all functions working well.
