WORST SERVICE

Hi,


I had purchased a FX 011 Food Factory from Bajaj Electricals from a local dealer in Bangalore on 23rd August 2013 and register for a demo via the customer care on 1860 180 6722 ( who don’t know the ethics of customer care ) under the complain no. 3103913 on 26th August.


As per them it takes 48 hours for the same which never happen till day (9th Sep  2013) I have been calling them several time and I got to hear one dialogue that is “ Sorry for the in convince caused we will ensure they will call you or arrange for a demo today” which never happened. I called them on 4th September and screamed then they connected me to Suresh a senior person (he said his name was so) he assured me same which I was not ready to buy the reason this time then he tried conferencing me to Bangalore in charge which he failed and said concern person’s number is not reachable and said that he has authority and this time he will arrange for a call from local team before 12 am next day. Guess what I got a call by 3:00 pm and that call was a FEED BACK call. I asked that female what feed back should I give her when there is such pathetic service. She again assured that some one will call me which never happened


Finally I had to call them on 6th and get connected to a senior person (that’s what he said) Bharath and he told be there is no person by name Suresh ( now I was 100% sure that even this person may have a different name ) then he gave me the contact no. of a branch in charge in Bangalore which I asked him to take a conference call which he said they don’t have facility to do so (strange don’t know how come so called suresh was trying then ). I took the number and conference the call my self to Mahesh who said he will arrange for demo today and said will call and confirm in half an hour.


Call never came I called them back and a lady picked up and said Mahesh is in meeting and she gave me a number and said he is the person in charge for coming when tried contacting the no. was switched off.


I had to call Mahesh alteast 10 times since he never answered the call then finally some one picked up and told me that a person name Diwakar will come and his contact number. I got in touch with him and he said he will come by 7.00 pm and he came around 7.45 pm and the way he handled the product was really not appreciated he was throwing the accessories all over and was in a hurry….. To add to the situation the product was damaged the plug was broken. He told it may be due to the pressure but I have a strong feeling that he has done that while plugging into the socket.


He assured me that he will come back on Saturday that is on 7th September 2013 by 6 and replace it. He has not turned up nor receiving the call. I tried contacting Diwakar and Mahesh several times but there is no response they are just not receiving the call and customer care is not working since it’s a leave.


And I am 100% sure that this time to customer service will not be able to do anything apart from there recorder dialogue.


I am extremely unhappy with the support they gave me. For demo they took 12 days after regular follow up now since the product is also damaged I have a “0 “hopes left I have lost my money on this and also several phone calls have done to them.
