Bajaj Electrical Limited - Worst Service after Sale. Posted on Dec 05, 2012 under General I bought a Bajaj Induction Cook top model Icx6 (wov) on 3.11.2012 and the same stopped working on 20.11.2012. (Worst quality of the product.) I approached Chetna Agencies, The authorized Bajaj Customer Care here in Patna, Bihar on 24.11.2012 to get the appliances repaired or replaced.


They issued me a Service Call slip No- 3863 and told that it will be repaired within two to three days. From last more than 10 days, I’m visiting the service centre to get the product back but every day they are telling to wait for another one day. Is there any Bajaj official to solve the consumers problem. Bajaj should replace the defective cooktop immediately, instead of trying to repair the rotten product. Alok K Singh Patna 09934839174
