I Signed up for 90 Days, 5 years package because it was very cheap comparatively. They listed lots and lots of features & benefits, but I knew that all benefits are nothing but lies. After I paid and contacted them for a package, they used a good practice to avoid their customer to book the package, Only way is to call their customer care or manager or some maketing executive, Usually they avoid either by not responding or put our call on hold. There is no form or standard procedure to book a package, we have to email the details and call them regularly to book, we need to trace the status of booking without fail, even if you do these all regularly, there is no surety about package.
Finally I got frustrated and cross checked some information.
They claimed that they run business about a year, but their website created on 3rd March 2014, When I asked about that, they blindly said’No No, we have our website more than a year".

They claims that they are part of Bajaj Groups and Sakthi Groups(though it is not mentioned anywhere both in brochure or documents and website, I have no idea about Sakthi Groups)
In real they are not part of Bajaj Groups.

Bajaj Greens Holidays just uses the name.
They avoid their customer or they tricky skip our queries and booking related details.They say we will call in 10 min or our manager will speak in 20 min or any new reason, anyhow they are not ready to answer or respond properly.

Advice for inspired people who are willing to join: Please don’t waste the money.
People already cheated: we should not leave this as it is, if we do so, are allowing them to grow by cheating more people.

They are well planned, I think they didn’t register their company.E.g - Pvt ltd.
They didn’t use any stamp seal on application form.
They just recruited people for telecaller at month of April, they speak in stupid way with customers.
Is there any way to get money back or sue against them?
