HI everyone. I had a home loan+Home loan insurance(bajaj sureksha) and recently I closed both the loans. Despite entitled for the insurance for just 3yrs, they took entire amount of 2L for the home loan insurance and they arent willing to refund me the amount now saying it cant be canceled or surrendered. Then I said, okay, let me continue the bajaj sureskha with them and ask them to refund the amount that they got initially to close it. Now they are not willing to refund that amount, despite I told them, I can pay that via EMI. Still they never agreed to it and not processing any credit back to me. Now, I m at the loss of 1.9L coz of these people and it took 1month for their customer care to respond to me. So ridiculous. Dont take any loans with these people. THEY ARE CHEATERS.
