Hello everyone,
I have purchased DC2015 in 2018, motor got damaged twice in a year then later realized that it has duplicate motor inserted.
It didn’t even worked for an year. So be careful, report issue immediately.
I have reported to customer care , they said it’s out of Warrenty now. But motor which was serviced 2nd time and inserted motor didn’t worked for an year at least.
None of them are helpful, worst customer service.
