I have purchased a Bajaj 3400 TMC OTG for baking cakes and cookies. It worked fine for the first 1-2 months, but then the issues with the oven started. Cakes are not being baked properly (centre remains raw) and the they take longer than required. The local service centre is quite useless as it’s been year and the engineer has come to visit 3-4 times but the issues still remains.
The service centre dealers are downright rude. In spite of complaining to Bajaj they have not even bothered to replace my oven (considering that they are unable to fix the problem). Often engineers will go back saying that they have ’fixed’ the issue, when in fact they have done nothing. In an emergency situation, the service dealer will not help you. In fact, I ended up borrowing an 18ltr Morphy Richards oven which works way better than this!
