This geyser is one of the worst we have ever used! The geyser has a lot of flaws the problem starts with bad quality, we have used it for a year now and the problem starts with the heating, the heating is very slow it takes like an hour the product is under warranty, there is no proper service for the product even after complaining to service, the issue is pending for 3 months now.
The company fails to give positive response to the fixing time and we are really done with this product, they keep giving excuses about non availability of spares, we have used other brands and haven’t faced problems.
Not recommended at all! worst service, high price for low quality and product not suited to hard water.
