The experience to purchase the iron from online shopping is wrost then ever. As I purchased iron from online shopping website. Whenever I used it for ironing it’s button was not worked. Due to this issue iron was so heated that my pant was burnt as well as the plat of the iron was also damaged. I complained to customer service department of Bajaj company as it was in warranty period. They came and repaired it. But after 6 month’s it’s wire was damaged. Again I called to customer care department but this time they said wire not covered under warranty.I am so much tired of this iron. And I have learnt a lesson of life that electronic items always purchase from dealers shop of that company. Now I have purchased another iron from the shop and it’s working fine.
