I have purchased this product in the winter and I am using this product from 8 months and I experienced that this product is not so effective because one time internal wire of this room heater burns automatically I don’t know why it happen then I call the customer care services they repaired the room heater but they take many days to do their work so customer care service is not so good. And electric room heater does not warm the room fastly it take many time to warm the room which is a great drawback of this electric room heater. And this machine is not so stylish in appearance. So we should not waste our money on this product.
