service and support from bajaj is average I mean it is no bad and also not good.
-COOLING & SOUND
okay, so this is the main thing which I have talk about this cooler
now see, this is a room cooler and until and unless you will not give it more space around it will not work properly this means you should have a big room.
cooling is also not very good according to me.because the time when I bought this cooler it was working very goo but soon I was using this its perforce decreases.
I also creates lots of humidity.
and the sound is similar to other cooler. actually it is quite noisy
-VALUE FOR MONEY
according to me the money which we pay for this cooler is much more than what it deliver.
