Recently I purchased this item for my office use and just got fed up in few weeks. Though the oven is less costly compare to other microwave ovens but quality has been compromised. The oven is not provided with any stand inside the Owen for keeping materials. Neither is is provided with any microwave pot for small purpose too. The setup is manual and you can see timer in digital indicator. The product seems not to be durable as seeing the quality of the design and manufacturing. The design is handy and it can be easy in carrying. I havent asked for any service support till now, so cant say about that.
