Friends, Bajaj platina is a good bike in mileage which is its big factor to purchase. Well its a air cooled engine, 2 valve SOHC, displacement 102cc, max power 8.2ps@7500rpm, max torque8.6Nm@5000rpm .On highway it gives mileage up to 90km/ltr and in city 86 km/ltr means over all 87km/ltr, top speed 87km/hr.
But you know in style and looks matter it less of expectation, seat is quite small one, Riding and handling matter it needs improvement like others but one thing I notice after running 30000km its sound gradually becomes odd above 60km/hr.Friends I must say if you are looking or prefer mileage matter go for platina but but this bike is not long running horse like hero Honda I recently sold my bike due to this reason anyway I have shared my opinion on mouthshut .com, thanks for it long live mouthshut.com so friends if you thing to purchase this bike as far as my concerned don’t go for it go for any other bike.
