One of my uncle bought it 6 months back for office purpose. As his requirements of low fuel cost, low service maintenance and good effiicient bike, bajaj platina satisfied his needs. This segment of bike are in good demand for middle class people .
Bajaj Platina 100 is the best bike for those who prefer milage better look and feel. With the mileage of 65-72 kmpl and good handling features, this bike became favorite for my uncle. When I got a chance to ride it, I came to know the comfort zone which this bike provides.
100 cc engine is rather less for youngsters but it is more than enough for other people. 99.27 cc, 4 stroke, natural aircooled engine makes it good efficient city riding motorbike. Its top speed is 95 kmph which is morethan sufficient for city biking.
Accessories and other replacements of the bike is available easily at low cost, which saves your pocket a lot. Machinery used by bajaj is long lasting and comes in budget too. you can fully trust this bike in middle class segment.
Last sunday I took it from my uncle for short trip out of city, handling this bike is so easy and comfortable even taking U turn becomes easy for the rider as compared to other bikes in this segment.
Best part is, it comes with both kick start and self start. Looks of this bike is quite decent with good night lamp efficiency.
Overall, the Bajaj Platina is a valid purchase for its price point, as it offers much more than its competitors like HF-Dawn and TVS Max4R.
